Or sometimes, side dishes are more important than the main dish, especially when you want to choose a place to go and eat very frequently around your office. How many side dishes you get in a certain restaurant and also how good and clean the side dishes are shows how good the service is at the restaurant. While most people think they choose the restaurant for their main dishes, I think quite a lot of people actually choose a restaurant subconsciously because they like the neat and delicious side dishes there. :) That's why I don't have a "favorite" when it comes to ramyeon or gimbap places. They only give me ramyeon noodles and gimbap and nothing else to remember their store by. Haha.

(Samgyeopsal) - Korean barbecue
It's not an exaggeration to say that most Korean people think of
Samgyeopsal when they hear the word "meat." What could be the reason for Samgyeopsal being the first thing to come to the mind, when there is so many other dishes made mainly with meat? What's ironic is that barely any cooking is done for
Samgyeopsal apart from just cutting them up and roasting them.

Samgyeopsal is so special, and the reason that people go to restaurants to eat
Samgyeopsal might be because of the atmosphere of those
Samgyeopsal restaurants, of the various vegetables and the sauce that you can eat with the meat, and also of the soju that you get to drink from time to time with the meat. And what's also special about eating
Samgyeopsal is that you can cook your own food, instead of just waiting for something that's already been all made.
